The Lloyds Bank UK Digital Business Index found that the most digitally mature SMEs are two and a half times more likely to report increased turnover than their non-digital counterparts, and yet one third lack the basic digital skills to take advantage of online sales and promotional opportunities.
Workshops focus on making businesses more profitable, productive and discoverable, and create clear links with the work of place management schemes. Workshops cover:
Visibility and Discoverability in a Digital World, covering online marketing and sales tools for business purposes, as well as the range of free Google productivity tools.
Marketing to Customers via Social Media, covering Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Multichannel Marketing, covering online, offline, and complimentary tools for businesses to better engage with new and existing customers.
Digital Business Strategies, helping participants apply skills across their business.
Each participant also receives one hour of 1-to-1 mentoring to provide bespoke guidance on setting, implementing, and sustaining a digital business goal within their organisation.
Delivery & Timeline
From initial business sign up to final reporting, the training programme takes between six and eight weeks to deliver. Each module includes a detailed course workbook for each participant. Clockwork City also provides remote support in between workshops to respond to business queries.
Programme Cost
Each Essential Digital Business Skills training block of up to fifteen business costs £4,500+vat.
A follow-up workshop and day of 1-to-1 mentoring, normally twelve weeks after the initial programme, can be scheduled for a further £750+vat.
