Technology is changing the way consumers discover, access and use places. Clockwork City offers place-makers and businesses training to develop vital digital skills to support online and offline activity as part of our ‘Connected Place Strategy’.

‘Going to town’ often begins online through a smartphone or tablet, and yet many locations and businesses are not digitally visible enough to the Connected Consumer. Lloyds Bank found that the most digitally mature organisations are 64% more likely to report increased turnover than their non-digital counterparts.

Following on from the Digital Business Skills and Implementation workshops, these 1-to-1 sessions are conducted by Clockwork City over a six-week period. The support takes a detailed, direct approach to setting and achieving a key objective with each participating business/place-maker, and helping them achieve this.
